Safety is our utmost priority. It is reflected in all stages of our programmes:
Planning of programme
Conduct of a recce (reconnaissance) of the location before the programme
Practice good hygiene during and after the programmes (e.g. washing up well after a fieldtrip or community service)
Having a safety vehicle at each fieldtrip location
Conduct a safety briefing for all participants
First aid trained instructors
Instructors carry first aid kits
Safe practices concerning thunderstorms (lightning)
Have a low Instructor ratio
Practice safety around water bodies (sea or reservoir)
